We're literally made for you.
"The thing is, it's very easy to be different, but very difficult to be better." Jony Ive
Yes, Zone is different. Zone is one of the only fully custom swimsuit companies in the world. But Zone is also better, and we want to tell you why!
First, let’s talk about what it means to get a custom swimsuit from Zone. When we say “custom,” we are referring to the suit design. The suit itself is designed by one of our talented designers just for your team, and then is manufactured to be utterly unique.
So, who do we do custom designs for? Well, almost anyone! Any swim, dive, or water polo team with over 12 swimmers is invited to the Zone! That includes high school teams, college teams, summer teams, year round teams, and any other type of fun “uncategorized” team. We think everyone deserve the chance to get custom, so whether your team has 15 swimmers or 300 swimmers, there is no such thing as too small or too large.
We offer a variety of swimsuits including regular strap swimsuits, thin strap swimsuits, jammers, and briefs. The goodies don’t stop there though! Zone offers swim caps and a range of spirit wear from pajama pants to Champion sweatshirts to American Apparel shorts.
Let’s also breakdown the process of getting custom swimsuits.
“Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.” Steve Jobs
Getting in the Zone should be easy, so we've done our best to make it that way! Follow the quick and easy four steps below and you'll be all set.
Step 1: Submit a design questionnaire. This is what will help our talented design team create your complimentary custom design. Most teams love the first design we create, but we don’t stop working on the design until everyone has that WOW feeling.
When filling out the questionnaire, you can tell us anything you want us to include on your design: Your mascot? Your team name? Your colors? Any specific requests? Whether you’re the Fairfax Dolphins or the Summit High School Eagles, we’re here for you.
You also have two design options to choose from: traditional or bold. Traditional designs are classic and usually just feature your logo or colors; perfect for country clubs and private schools. Or, you could go for a more wild and colorful bold design. Fortune does favor the bold, after all! Can’t decide? That’s okay, that's an option too! We’ll come up with some designs and see what you think.
With your suit designs all finalized, we will then create coordinated designs for any other items that you could want. That includes our full spirit wear catalog (everything from tee shirts to pajama pants) and swim caps.
With all the design work done, we're doing with step one. Now onto step two!
Step Two: A fitting kit will be sent for free with a variety of sizes and styles for your swimmers to choose from. We will also set up a team store for your team's swimmers (or their parents!) to place orders for suits, caps, and spirit wear at their convenience.
Do your girls want thin straps or regular straps? Do your boys want jammers or briefs? Don't worry, it will all be there for them to make their decisions!
Step three: Manufacturing time! An estimated two weeks is required for the production of our swimsuits and gear. Everything is made just for you right here in the United States. The fabrics, imported from Italy, are the absolute gold standard for competition swimwear. (Italian materials and American manufacturing - is it just us or does that sound like an irresistible combination?!)
Step four: This is where you take over! You’re now dressed and ready to get in the Zone! With your new team gear, it’s your time to showcase your team spirit and leave your competitors in the dust in style.
We realize that you have many options to choose from when it come to selecting swimwear, but we are excited to do more than sell you swimsuits. We want to help you celebrate your team spirit and what makes you smile! Zone wants to see you and your team succeed and we want to see you looking good in one of our custom swimsuits to do it. We're your teammates in and out of the water.
